Do you know our salt? We've chosen it not only because of its great taste, but also because it's the result of a natural, entirely artisanal process.
It is the result of a slow natural evaporation of spring water under the action of wind and sun. It is not washed, in order to preserve its richness in trace elements as well as its natural shine. It's a mountain salt harvested by hand from the bottom of the saltworks.
Very pure and free from any microplastic pollution, it is also very rich in calcium.
