CLEAN , because all our ingredients are chosen as close as possible to home and have not crossed the planet to compose our recipes. They respect the seasons and support artisans who share our values.

FAIR , because all the people who participated in the development of our products, directly or indirectly, must be paid normally. In our case, all the work on the fish is done by hand.
