Less but better


We have chosen to reduce the salt content of our recipes compared to those on the market. However, it was necessary to choose the salt in perfect coherence with our values: good, clean and fair. So we chose an ecological salt of artisanal production with spring water. It comes from Navarre less than 100 km from our manufacturing workshop. It is 260 million years old (a period a priori without current pollution) and is dried naturally at an altitude of 800 m.
