This month we had the immense honor of joining the Culinary College of France! A consecration for any artisan producer committed to a quality and authenticity approach.

Join the Culinary College of France,
it is the recognition as artisans of our belonging to the French culinary heritage and more particularly the Basque one.
It is the recognition of unique artisanal know-how, developed and maintained in our territory.
It is the recognition of our capacity for innovation to reinvent ancestral know-how.

Who is the Culinary College of France?

"The only militant and independent collective that currently brings together more than 2,000 "quality restaurants" and more than 1,000 "quality artisan producers", the Collège Culinaire de France has given itself the mission of embodying and promoting the legacy and future of artisanal culinary heritage.

Faced with industrialization and food standardization, the Culinary College of France wants to create a new eco-system based on culinary craftsmanship and diversity."
