Who is the Culinary College of France?

"The only militant and independent collective that currently brings together more than 2,000 "quality restaurants" and more than 1,000 "quality artisan producers", the Collège Culinaire de France has given itself the mission of embodying and promoting the legacy and future of artisanal culinary heritage.

Faced with industrialization and food standardization, the Culinary College of France wants to create a new eco-system based on culinary craftsmanship and diversity."
