Albacore tuna (or white tuna) is the noblest species of tuna fished between June and October.
Bay leaf: a typical aromatic plant in French gastronomy, it adds a sunny flavor by diffusing the essential oil contained in its leaves. These are also renowned for their medicinal properties.
Our fillets are prepared and dressed by hand. Boneless, they are the leanest, most noble part of the tuna.
Natural and just flavored with bay leaf, this recipe is very lightly salted to preserve all the flavor of the wild fish and let the freshness of the bay leaf express itself.
No additives, no colorings, no other nonsense!
The tuna comes mainly from the Saint Jean de Luz-Ciboure fish auction in the Basque Country.

RETURN & REFUND
