Our fillets are prepared and dressed by hand. Boneless, they are the leanest, most noble part of the tuna.
An organic extra virgin olive oil from Navarre: this recipe is very lightly salted to preserve all the flavor of this part of the wild fish.

DID YOU KNOW?
Albacore or white tuna is fished on our coasts from the end of July to the beginning of November. Its fishing is very regulated. The fishes we buy have an average weight of 10 kg, i.e. fishes that are 3-4 years old on average.
Albacore tuna comes mainly from the Saint Jean de Luz-Ciboure fish market in the Basque Country.

RETURN & REFUND
You have 14 (fourteen) days after receiving your order to return your purchases to us for a credit note if they are not suitable. The return of the products will be at your expense.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, in its original condition, new, unused. To make a return, the customer must follow the following procedure:
