Sesame Seared Tuna

Healthy & delicious sesame-flavored tuna

Seared tuna with sesame, roasted cauliflower and carrot with curry, tahini and nori seaweed.

1 - Albacore tuna fillets in organic olive oil. "You even know which boat it was caught by. We're good in terms of traceability👍"

We take large pieces from the box and place them delicately on a pan where the following are heating: sesame oil, soy sauce, agave syrup and sesame seeds.

We brown them on each side.

2- Boil cauliflower florets and a few carrots until tender, then brush with oil of your choice, coarse salt and curry.
