recette de la sauce à la sardine

Sardine sauce

Seasoning for potatoes or white beans in salad.

For 2 people:

1 avocado,

4 sardines in Jean De Luz olive oil,

2 egg yolks,

Vinegar,

Salt, pepper.

Preparation :

Blend avocado pulp, 4 Jean de Luz Organic Olive Oil Sardines and two egg yolks.

Add 4 to 6 tablespoons of olive oil from the can and two teaspoons of vinegar.

Season to taste.

 

All you have to do is pour this sauce over potatoes and enjoy!
