Basque tuna and fresh sheep's cheese tart

Quick recipe to prepare, a Basque tuna tart with fresh sheep's cheese.

For a pie, you need:

-1 shortcrust pastry
-1 jar of Basque-style tuna
-½ log of fresh sheep's cheese @fromagerie_des_aldudes .
- 4 eggs
-20cl of whole liquid cream @fairefrance .
-salt
-Espelette pepper @lurretik_espelette .

Preheat the oven to 200°.

Roll out the dough and line a pie dish.

Crumble the tuna and spread it over the dough. Beat the eggs with the cream, season and spread the mixture over the tuna. Place slices of fresh sheep's cheese. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 200°.
