Tomato and sardine tart with Espelette pepper

For a pie, you need:
-1 puff pastry
-150g of fresh sheep's cheese
-2 tablespoons of grated Ossau Iraty
-4-5 tomatoes of different varieties
-2 yellow nectarines
-1 jar of sardines with Espelette pepper
-2 teaspoons of EKI mixture
-1 tablespoon of chili oil
-2 slices of red onions
-Espelette pepper salt
-Espelette pepper powder
Preheat the oven to 180°.
Roll out the dough and cut out a 24cm disc. Sprinkle with grated Ossau Iraty. Place the disc between two baking sheets and bake for 20 minutes at 200°. Leave to cool on a rack.
Mix the cream cheese with the salt, the EKI mixture and the chili oil. Spread the dough disc with this mixture. Arrange the tomatoes and nectarines nicely, playing with the sizes and colors. Place the drained sardines and sprinkle with Espelette pepper.
