BLUSHING WITH PLEASURE 🌶
Everything we love! Simplicity and efficiency of this tartine from @l.atelier.des.papilles which puts sardines in the spotlight. Guacamole with piquillos and Espelette pepper @lurretik_espelette ❤
For the guacamole you need:
-2 avocados
-50g of piquillo peppers
-1/2 teaspoon of EKI @lurretik_espelette mixture
-1 small red onion
-1 teaspoon of hot sauce @lurretik_espelette
-2 tablespoons of BIZI sauce @lurretik_espelette
-1 pinch of salt
Finely chop the onion and slice the piquillos, rinsing them beforehand to remove the seeds.
Mash the avocado flesh with a fork, add the salt, BIZI sauce, hot sauce and herbs.
Finish by adding the chopped onion and piquillos and mix well.
