Piquillo peppers stuffed with cod brandade

Here are the pretty piquillos stuffed with cod brandade. Simple, tasty and pretty on the plate 🌺

For 4 people, you need:
- 1 jar of cod brandade
- 1 jar of piquillo peppers
- 20cl of whole liquid cream
-salt
-1 teaspoon of Espelette pepper

Preheat the oven to 160°.
Drain the piquillos, keep the best ones and stuff them with the cod brandade. Mix the rest of the piquillos with the cream, season.
Place the stuffed piquillos in an ovenproof dish, cover with piquillo cream and bake for 35 minutes at 160°.
